Purpose

Closes #613

New Changes

• Select a telemetry type to display in table and chart
• Select subtypes of that telemetry type to display
• Currently, a line graph is used to display the datapoints - this can be changed to a different chart
• Data columns and axis labels of the table and chart respectively are currently placeholders since the exact data that will be sent over from the backend is still undecided
• Component to receive threshold input is implemented, but that input currently doesn't affect table data displayed because the actual data to be displayed in the table is still unknown
